As a servant of nature, I must be sensitive to its cycles and rhythms and responsive to its needs. I nurture and enable the innate healing power present in man so that he can be vital.

I apply natural healing methods that integrate mind body and spirit. My holistic approach uses energy healing and clinical nutrition to restore balance, revitalize and integrate mind and body so that the spirit can express itself in deeds and actions.

I believe that health is an expression of balance and harmony.

I believe That illness and disease are the result of an abuse or neglect.

I believe that stress and fatigue cause depletion and degeneration, which result in frustration and despair.

I believe that the key to health is vitality and the key to vitality is newness and creation.

The holistic approach to healing recognizes that the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical elements of each person comprise an integrated system.

This process starts by integrating mind and body. Integration enables new adaptive strategies to emerge that raise consciousness and awareness. As a person becomes increasingly aware of his body and surroundings, he becomes less defensive and less stressful.

Healing seeks to restore wholeness, to enable empowerment, alignment and integration.

The treatment objective of my practice seeks to optimize the flow of vital life force energy that animates and sustains life. In Eastern philosophy, this energy is known as Chi.

Energy healing is an ancient healing system that predates medicine and drug therapy. It is the art of stimulating the movement of vital life force energy with touch. I believe in healing touch because it restores balance and function without physical or chemical force.

Stress and fatigue depletes the essential nutritional reserves that your body needs. Clinical nutrition is the use of whole food concentrates to replenish identified deficiencies so that your body can repair and renew itself.

Whole food concentrates are specifically processed to preserve the vital nutrient complex found in     nature.

I also advocate the transition to whole foods and the preparation of food rather than consumption of fast food or refined food because man and science have not been able to duplicate nature’s bounty.

Holistic Living may be defined as simple, spiritual, purposeful, peaceful and productive living with moderation in food intake, adequate exercise and positive thinking and attitude to life. Holistic Living is the art of living in harmony with nature, responsive to your body’s needs and sensitive to its rhythms and cycles.

The goal of holistic healing is to enhance your body’s physiological, metabolic, psychosocial and psycho- emotional state to reflect active, robust health. Health is light, loose, agile, productive, creative and pleasurable.

Healthy people do not worry about being sick. They are not consumed with fear and anxiety over illness and disease or aging. They lead full, vibrant, active productive lives. Healthy people express their unique potential as human beings in all aspects of life.
